Quality place, friendly staff, very efficient!

I'm all for small stores making a profit but when you get charged £7 more for tobacco than in supermarket, that's a bit too far.Generally the store is fairly priced but on this occasion it definitely wasn't.However the staff are always extremely friendly and polite.

Contactless payment have a minimum charge (£3) so you need cash for small purchases. Not really very safe due to the Covid19 pandemic. They missed out on a sale.

I like this place for it's convenient and generally has what I need. Corner shop pricing but it's a corner shop. Hence only 4 stars

Staff are rude and told us to hurry up but he was the one on his phone. Food is good but wouldn’t return.

Good convenience store

I bought a bottle of wine which i asked to exchange due to the wine being ‘corked’ as the seal was broken. The shop assistant refused to swap the bottle of wine as i had opened the bottle. I explained that under the ‘sale of goods act 1979’ or consumer rights act 2015 as a consumer i am well within my right to return a faulty product and ask for an equivelent product in return. As the shop assistant/owner would not either exchange or refund my purchase i will not be returning to this store again! I would avoid this place as they are clearly not operating the shop in a safe or hygenic manner as i have had other products which have either been out of date or stored incorrectly.
