Lady at the post office was extremely rude on the two occasions I have visited to return a parcel, made a sarcastic comment about how I couldn’t of got any closer to closing time if I tried and proceeded to say if I was 1 minute later she wouldn’t have served me even tho this still would have been within the opening time ! She then proceeded to accuse me of just rolling out of bed ! She also repeated that the parcel wouldn’t go until Monday even tho I told her this wasn’t a problem - generally RUDE absolutely disgusting customer service! I will not be returning to use the post office and will be making a formal complaint to Royal Mail!

Great little shop. Friendly helpful staff.They do struggle ATM with deliveries due to the current driver shortage, but worth a visit for those little odds and sods you may need.

The lady in the post office had a really bad attitude ... if you don't like your job love, don't do it because if customers have to put up with that miserable attitude, they won't come back.

Staff getting frustrated with paying customers when trying to stock shelves because the one way system in place that is not being enforced and hasn't been all year is causing problems. Senior customer's especially not being reminded about the one way system causing staff to complain about customers being inpatient. Very small and compact shop that's virtually impossible to social distance. Retraining of staff might help resolve this problem maybe?

Staff always very pleasant and helpful, shop shelves usually full with a good variety of stock. Special offers always clearly marked.Highly recommended.

Pastries! Why start putting them in plastic boxes when they have been in paper bags for yrs. Oh well saved me getting fat as i refused to buy them! Co-Op moving backwards as the world trys to move forward

Friendly staff helpful and polite. I'm not sure it deserves the bashing never experienced anyone unpleasant in the store. HOWEVER. One of the female staff in the post office has a bad attitude and shouldn't be there. For that I do give a lower rating.

Post office lady with black hair very rude to customers been in 2 times now and both times been very rude when you be rude back she plays the victim, made a complaint to head office, hopefully she be spoken to and trained how to speak to customers in the right way I only went in to send a parcel back very rude person this was at the colehill one wimborne
