Clavering House

We use Clavering House as an ad-hoc training venue. The staff are always helpful and friendly and facilities are great. Being centrally located, only a couple of minutes from the rail station and public parking very close by, it is an ideal location. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff who manage Clavering House make the experience of working in a community work space an absolute joy.Office facilities are clean, secure and well organised as well as being reasonably priced. Everything you need from a managed office with post scanned and emailed and calls redirected for those that do not work in the office full-time.Parking available for cars and bikes and an ideal location behind the train station for client meetings.Great solution for us in Newcastle!

Well it really is a shame to have to write this after being their client for 4+ years (both VA and office) but sadly Helen, the owner, has one of the most toxic and unprofessional attitudes I have ever encountered .......REMOVE MY NAME / FORMER REVIEW FROM YOUR WEBSITE (I requested this over 1 year ago and my name is still on their website).....

Clavering House is an absolutely beautiful Georgian building right in Newcastle city centre, it's where I have my photography studio and run my business. I absolutely love it! I've been here almost 9 years and this is a real testament to their services.It's a fantastic position near Central Station so convenient for all travel methods whether bus, train, car or metro and my portrait clients find me easily. Helen and Li are always so welcoming to my visitors and helpful to me if I need any extra office space to rent. They always go above and beyond!Often my clients will book a meeting room and combine a documentary 'at work' shoot together with portraits in my basement studio so everything they need is ticked off in the same building! This is particularly helpful for those teams who work from home but need to come together regularly.I'd highly recommend their office rental for long lease, daily rates and hourly rental for all their conference, training and meeting rooms. I can't sing their praises highly enough!!

Clavering House is my business office and I would recommend it highly for anyone looking for central offices in Newcastle. Its location behind the station is perfect, the building is beautiful, facilities excellent and perfect customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and you will always be greeted with a smile and friendly face.

We booked the boardroom at Clavering House for a 3-hour team workshop and it was perfect for us. Walkable distance from Central station and the room was very well-equipped (note pads, pens, a flip chart, TV and even tea, coffee, and biscuits). We'll definitely be back!

I am currently renting an office in Clavering house the place is lovely and very easily accessible very close to Newcastle central station.I can’t speak highly enough of Li who is always going over and above to assist me and my clients. She is the friendliest and most welcoming person I have met. Thank you soo much Li for making our stay here so welcoming and always being there to assist us in any way possible.We have recently moved to Clavering house from another building and my clients are so happy. The place itself is so beautifully set and Li with her smile welcoming my clients.I couldn’t ask for anymore from you carry on being you, you are an amazing and very special person doing amazing things.

The setting is in a good place not too far from the train station. No on site parking but there is a carpark just up the road. As a business centre it has all your presentation needs, it's clean fresh and bright. Tea/coffee is available in reception at a very small cost. Leigh on reception has a good front of house manner with a professional touch explaining about fire exits and facilities. Thank you
