Usually they are very good helpful but when I renewed my insurance this year in July 23 totally different not helpful at all set up two payments for one month and left me overdrawn at the bank had to ring back 3 times in a week to ask for the email he said I would receive to upload the documents needed.very poor this year sadly let's all the good staff down
