Everytime I've been in here the staff are absolutely excellent and nothing is to much trouble for them, on this particular day unfortunately I didn't buy anything as i couldn't find exactly what I needed, the shop assistant did everything and more to help and find what I needed, and this is the kind of service you come to expect. Many other stores could take a leaf out there book on customer service. Well done Pandora BedfordMerry Christmas

Went with the wife to pick a charm she likes only to find out that despite heavy advertising it is discontinued! Nevertheless, a nice sales assistant made enquiries as to where we could still get it. She wrote down everything that was needed, post code, phone number, stock item number etc, and was generally very professional and helpful. I can't remember the young ladies name but we were both impressed with her customer service levels. She should go far! Well done Pandora and thanks for all your help.

Everything seemed to be displayed in groups. Not much signage. The store had no direction of where to look in how it was arranged. Bit of a free for all or pot luck to come across the charms, I was looking for.

I went into the shop today to buy bracelets. Charlotte the sale assistant very helpful. Knew her products. Which is very helpful if you haven't brought from this store before. I would recommend this store for the help and assistance you get
