AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Rude Bayliff and Rude ownerDon’t expect to be spoken to as if I wasn’t even human just for enjoying fishing as a hobby!definitely won’t be using this lake again! Will advise everyone else to do the same! Utterly disgusting behaviour from both of them.Wouldn’t expect this treatment from your worst enemy let alone a fishery

As others have said nice enough lake but the guy who runs it needs to have a personality transplant, I think he must have a screw loose to jump to the conclusions he does, arguing being rude, I don’t think he understands how to just be civil with people, not the kind of stress you need for zero reason. Better to go else where with better people until the anger management course has been finished!

Really helpful staff on my first trip here in years. It's so nice to go to a lake which actually cares about it's stock and makes the venue as appealing as it can be. Then, adding to that they went out of their way to share info and welcome us, this is how it should be and I'm going back in just 48 hours time.

Nice fisherie, easy parking well maintained and friendly staff. I fished predator lake, and caught some lovely pike. Onsite tackle shop with a good selection of tackle and baits. Just a reminder to others that trebles are not allowed. £15 for the day on the predator lake, good value for the quality of the fisherie as upkeep must cost a fortune.

Beautiful lakes.I have been a few times now always have a great time.Just had my best session 48 hr with 9 carp and 5 tench one of which being my PB @ 27lb ,all staff are friendly , Highly recommended.

Phoned to find out some details which was reasonably straightforward. We have 5 well behaved dogs but these wouldn't be welcome. Not sure if less dogs would be welcome, you'd need to ask, but don't just turn up with them or you might be disappointed.

If I could rate this fishery 0 stars then I would.Great venue, however shocking customer service!If You are fishing for the first time at this venue then be sure not to fish at the wrong lake, otherwise expect to be called a liar, and be spied on by the staff for the rest of your session. Made us feel so uncomfortable causing us to leave hours early.Should have simply labelled each lake clearly and treated your customers with some respect at least.Never again. Especially for the price!Just because I’m romanian, I’m not there to take the fish from the lake and eat it. So stop stereotyping and watching me 24/7

Booked a month in advance, and was allocated three swims together for us.On arrival met bye the guy who took the booking, and informed that the allocated swims had recently been seeded, so we were given three swims on the pinch point of specimen lake 2, which we reluctantly expected after we were told there would be no one on the opposite bank, which made sense, because it was only 40ft across.Day two 06:00 buckets placed on opposite bank, and not a allocated swim?I and me colleagues packed up bye 1pm,In summary nice venue if managed correctly, but unfortunately another money dredging operation!
