Highly highly recommend!!!We bought a tub from Facebook and I was a bit anxious as never bought anything so big from Margie place before but Richard went above and beyond! He checked the tub over for me and delivered this. The tub needed a new lid and filter which he sought for me (much cheaper than I could find in the internet) and returned to fit this. He also gave me tips on looking after the tub too! We will be using Richard for any hot tub support and servicing and would t go anywhere else! FANTASTIC SERVICE and FRIENDLY!Thank you!!

Fantastic freindly service from start to finish, I need a my hot tub relocating due to moving house. Richard was really helpful, reliable and professional, he managed the move safely and efficiently even though we had a few tricky access issues, he overcame them with no issues. Brilliant customer service and overall a great guy to deal with ! Ordered a Hot Tub online and couldn’t get down to look at it . Richard sent me videos and gave me a lot of information regarding hot tubs. I paid for Hot Tub and was delivered the next day on short notice ! I had an issue with lifting it onto balcony on my side and Richard managed to arrange a nearby builder to lift it using a Teletruk . Made it a breeze and also left a bunch of chemicals and bits I needed. Highly recommend and not a pushy salesman.

Absolutely brilliant. From buying to installing my ArumC and very knowledgeable , I never had a problem looking after my water because they went though everything and the hot tub is awesome.Most definitely recommend affordable spas
