Great vets, friendly, helpful and full of information. I had tried several veterinary practices to get our many pets registered, this place did so quickly, easily and much cheaper than Pets at Home vets. There is customer parking behind the veterinary practice itself, you have to drive around the one way system past the gym and funerary service and the car park is there, in a walled area with large black metal gate. Really helpful as there are limited spaces to park in this area unless you pay! Also - I really liked the candle idea for families who have taken their pets to be euthanised- this shows just how much care this practice has for our animal companions.

They did scan for my cat and sadly had to put him to sleep. They where very caring. After sent me card with warm wishes, cats paw print and his hair in a small bottle. Very heart warming ❤️

Not cheap but then nothing is nowadays.Great service and knowledgeable vets.We were seen quickly too.

When I needed urgent help out of hours last week, they wanted £500 consultation fee as pet not registered. Just because I'm in a blind panic & desperate, doesn't mean I'm stupid. Another surgeries fee was just £70 but a 25 minute drive away.Due to delays trying to find help, my poor cat died horrifically before I could even get to a vet! No animal deserves that.Absolute charlatans, preying on vulnerable desperate pet owners.

NEVER USE THIS VETSThey don't care about the animals only the money. My cat has been poorly not eating or drinking. He had blood test followed by ultrasound. They tried charging me another consultation fee just to drop him off for an ultrasound with no consultation. They were also trying to insist on me agreeing to have him hospitalised before even completing the ultrasound which I refused despite them trying to guilt me. They gave me a price for the ultrasound and never told me that this was just an estimate price they told me it was the total price of the ultrasound. They also failed to mention that they would be sedating and drugging my cat. They charged me additional for the drugs administered for sedation without even informing me or making me aware of this possibility before the scan. The manager was extremely unprofessional when I complained banning me from the vets (I had no intention of returning) and slamming the door behind me. I then had to pay otherwise they wouldn't give me my cat back after he had been kept there all day for a 30 minute scan causing him unnecessary stress - he is a very nervous cat as it is. Returning home my cat was acting very out of character and after looking into the medications they gave him, they had given him opioid painkillers used post-op unnecessarily for an ultrasound scan! He seems much better today thankfully and will not ever be returning there again disgusting, they just want to get as much money as possible regardless of what is best for the animal.Funnily enough on leaving another customer was complaining of their animal having an ongoing ear condition and being charged consultation everytime the animal needed the medication as they refused to do a repeat prescription even for an ongoing condition then tried overcharging for the ear drops.If my cat is no better I will be taking him to a different vets who have his best interests at heart I only wish I had changed him sooner as I had already heard bad things about Kews you just never think it will happen to you.

When our dogs are ill, they provide them with the care that they need. When our dog passed away, they made the process nice and easy, allowing us to say our goodbyes. They even went above and beyond by sending us a keepsake card with our dogs' paw prints and his fur, this is something we will never forget.

Booked appointment 2 days before as Vets4Pets let me down when I booked appointment 3 weeks before and when I turned up they said I wasn’t booked in. Appointment was at 2:30 and was seen and out by 2:45. Excellent service KewVets. Vet was very direct but extremely knowledgeable. Receptionist was warm & friendly. Should have gone here with my current dog as always went here with my previous dog and they were always fantastic

Our dog got hit by a car, we weren't registered with Kews but they were the nearest and all I can say is wow! The genuinely care about the your animal. They have called to check up when she was most poorly, those who have been in contact pop their head round the door to make sure she is okay and they are happy to see her/talk to me when I am worried about something.Thank you Kews

Sadly we had to put our dog to sleep last week. Kew vets staff were compassionate. Thankyou for your support through a very difficult decision as a family.

I cannot thank the nurses who looked after my little Daisy on Sunday night enough,,,and all other staff too,,,you have been absolutely amazing,,,I know for a fact if she had not received the love and care given to her,,she would not have survived the vicious attack she went through,, she was whimpering Sunday night when she came in as she was not used to that environment,,and the nurse on duty stayed beside all night,,,that is dedication,,,I know you get a lot of bad press,,,but Daisy literally owes her life to you all,,,thank you from the bottom of our hearts,,,from Dorothy (Daisy's mum) & Daisy.xxxxx
