Taught me how to remove norton 360 which destroyed my network connection, found me a removal tool, did a full disk check and found me a superior virus protection software. Really quick and for any students needing any issues resolved, then his service is perfect.

Terry has supported my desk top and lap top requirements over the last 5 years. Both have been regularly serviced to ensure they run efficiently and to make sure my that security is maintained. He is technically gifted and always explains in language I can understand what he is doing. He has had to deal with the emergency from repairing my desk top that suffered a lightening strike to helping set up a new printer that was causing me a problem. Looking for local I.T." expert"

Terry has looked after a couple of my laptops over a period of years, the second of which is now five years old. This extended life of the laptop, which a year ago seemed on its last legs, is due to a service Terry carried out last year. I had contacted him asking for guidance on buying a new one , and he said my laptop was an unusually sound one by today's standards and a service would make it as good as new.Indeed it has, and saved a few hundred pounds into the bargain. This is the sort of advice and service that is all too rare. Fortunately I live close by and am able to run a computer down to Terry's clinic whenever I get a problem, usually at a moment's notice.Highly recommended.

Terry fixed my finance management software program and its 20 years of data in a few hours, and I was able to transfer my data to my new computer in seconds! We are so fortunate to have a computer engineer of his caliber in our area.
