Mousetrap Dress Boutique

Had a lovely shopping experience with our wedding consultant. She was patient with me. Understood my needs and was very reassuring and lovely.She made me feel so special and nothing was too much of an ask for her. She is great.

I booked an appointment this week as I had seen that there was a sale on prom dresses (I know prom season is a long way off but I like to be organised and also love a bargain.)We were greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who explained how the appointment would work then allowed us to browse the fantastic selection of gowns. She was approachable when we had questions but also allowed us to take our time without hovering too closely.My daughter tried on 6 dresses in total in a range of colours and designs and settled on a favourite but was nervous about making a final decision. Megan was fantastic and explained that we could take time to think about it but that she wouldn't be able to put the dress on hold. She told us that there was no rush as there were no more appointments booked for that day but advised us to call in the morning the next day if my daughter had made a decision.This is what we did and today Megan welcomed us back to try the dress on again. Throughout this second appointment we were able to take our time and take lots of pictures and videos. Once my daughter was 100% sure about the dress, Megan explained that the dress would be checked over and tidied up/dry cleaned (if needed) before we collected it. We paid a 50% deposit and I was told they would contact me once the dress was ready.Although we ended up paying a little more than I had intended, I feel that the service we received and the quality of the dress were worth it. We had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend visiting Moustrap if you are looking to buy a prom dress.I now have a very happy daughter who has a stunning dress at a discounted price and I can't wait to see her in it at her prom next year.

Such a lovely boutique. We received a warm welcome and Lisa made my daughter feel special without any pressure. All the staff were very friendly. The boutique is nice and spacious and has a lovely feel about it. Love the glitter wall and photo opportunity, such a nice touch! My daughter is so pleased with her dress, I would highly recommend Mousetrap!

I took my daughter to Mousetrap in Havant to look for her prom dress. We had a warm welcome when we arrived, lots of happy faces. We met the lovely Faye who was going to look after us. She explained everything to us and were left to look at all of the amazing dresses. Faye helped my daughter trying on her choices and asked her lots of questions about the different dresses. Visited the Havant store today for my daughters prom dress and the staff were so friendly and helpful in making my daughter feel important and attended to. Very respectful helping with dress changes and answering any questions. They had a gorgeous selection of dresses and my daughter is very happy with her chosen one. Really felt like we were looked after during our appointment.

The staff took me in for a last minute appointment and it was the BEST experience. They listened to all of my requests about the type of dress I would like, the venue etc and they were so attentive! Thanks so much Molly in particular for being so amazing. It’s going to be tough for any bridal shop to top this experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience. We loved meeting Lauren who made us feel so comfortable and so welcome. So many beautiful dresses and a wonderful shop! Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks with my mum again and sister! Thank you for making it such an amazing experience for us! So many wonderful dresses to pick from!
