Had a parcel delivered here, and turned up twice to collect. Once it was closed within opening hours, and the other time I waited for 25 minutes with no staff serving me or the other customers.

Very expensive - quoted £17 per jacket (!) - Royale another five minutes up the road are less than half the price and do bulk discounts.Also tried to get a key cut and they couldn’t do it, so went to Steves again another five minutes up the same road into Headingley.Gets 1* for convenient parking.
