Great move of a small office. They arrived on time and worked hard getting the van loaded and quickly unloaded at the destination. Guys were friendly and professional.

ASP removals helped us move house at quite short notice, and were really helpful throughout. Before the move they dropped us off large packing boxes and looked round to ensure they had the right vans for the job. On the day they arrived promptly on time and packed up our furniture within an hour, including some tricky items. They were really helpful and friendly, did everything with a smile and put us completely at ease that they would look after our belongings. They were very contactable whilst we waited for the keys and unloaded with a lot of care and attention, making sure everything was where we wanted it. They made the actual removals the least stressful part of the day, and I would highly recommend them

ASP damaged my daughter's furniture in our recent move. We have photographic evidence that the furniture was undamaged before they arrived.They don't answer the phone or reply to complaints. They have offered £50 as a 'goodwill gesture ' which is an insult considering that they have admitted the damage. Avoid at all cost!

ASP removals were really pleasant to deal with and so professional and friendly. The removal of our home and delivery to our new home went very well. The only thing was that the removal men seemed to take their time a bit and we were in a hurry. But other than that I’d highly recommend this company!

I felt it necessary to write about this removal company, which from the start have been very helpful, from the person who arrived to give the quote, to the men who moved us. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they made me and my family feel very at ease, it was am absolute pleasure and I would always highly recommend them.

Can appreciate that during a pandemic that precautions are required, but when rat droppings are found in an out building that refusal to move anything due to health and safety, when no ppe was worn a bit strong, and since I lost an awful amount of tools would not recommend them, when simply wearing disposable gloves would suffice. I do not know of any outbuilding, shed or external storage that has not been visited by rodents. They gave the impression that they didn't want to carry out the works due to part time workers having to return to shifts and the time scale of the job.

Alec, Steve and Martin were great with our move earlier this month. We were initially concerned that we would not be able to move due to the heavy snow that hit the South East on our day of completion - ASP Removals were there on time ready to go with lots of enthusiasm!The trio went over and above to ensure the stressful task of moving went as smoothly as possible. One of them took it upon himself to unblock one of the frozen pipes on the side of the house!I would recommend ASP Removals to anyone - worth every £.
