The staff there are really friendly, chatty and polite! The front desk person was bubbly and well-mannered (all staff were). The technician who changed my tyre was helpful, informative fast! Thank you so much for removing the stress from my life! I would advise anyone to go here if you need a tyre in Daventry!

Made an appointment for my daughters tyres to be fitted today (Saturday) made said appointment on Wednesday, took car down to be told they are to busy and can't do them!Will never be using again. Plenty of other choices in Daventry.

My mum recently took her car here to have a slow puncture looked at and the staff were very helpful. They removed a nail and fixed the puncture for a very reasonable charge. It would have been easy for them to simply say she needed a new tyre and she would have not known any better being a person with no knowledge about cars. Thanks Mr Tyre.

I have used Mr Tyre for many years now. I had a full service done. I am always greeted with a friendly smiley face. Carl took my keys and ordered me a taxi back home and called me when my car was ready to be collected. I could not ask for more, even when so obviously short staffed. Those guys deserve better.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was panicking about my exhaust making a strange noise so I just turned up and asked them to have a quick look at it, and Carl came out straight away and looked at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive before my actual appointment there in a few days, I was so grateful!

Awful customer service. I damaged my tyre and alloy on a kerbside on a Saturday lunch time, and visited on spec as I was worried if my car was safe to drive. The guy on the desk kept me waiting, as he was more interested in chatting up the lady in front of me who was collecting her car for an mot. When he finally got round to me, I was told he didn't have time to look and to come back on Tuesday. I went to Just Tyres instead, who were extremely busy, but very professional and couldn't help enough.They found the time to look at my car and reassure me all was OK.
