The best coffee is served in PURE. As someone who loves coffee drinks in different forms and styles the quality of the coffee at PURE is amazing. Exactly the way it ha to be done. Also big than you to Andrea who makes my coffee almost every morning. Everyone there are so polite. Service is quick but not overly rushed so you do not feel like you have been pushed like a sheep.

Chicken shawarma had literally no chicken, rice was undercooked and staff super rude without even a smile. They were like robots! Not worth, avoid!

I never leave reviews but this was quite something. Genuinely some of the worst service and food I’ve ever had. The staff came across as if they wanted to spit in my food and I wish they had as it would’ve added some actual flavour to my meal.

Having ordered a too good to go magic bag I arrived just before my collection time to collect my food. Just as I walked in they cancelled my order. Telling me they had no food left. Total lies, the one member of staff clearly couldn't be bothered to prepare me any. I won't be returning and I would advise others to avoid.

Had a really tasteless toasted sandwich wrap here today. Korean bbq chicken and cost about £7! When I asked for some kind of sauce - anything - to liven it up, I was told they didn’t have any. I could actually see pots of sauce to go with the salads and other dishes. The guy couldn’t have cared less
