We had 3 x rooms and landing cleaned. Very professional service. Carpets feel and look so clean. We have a small dog and haven’t had them cleaned for 5 years. Not that they were filthy but can really see the difference. Will 100% use you again if we need to. Highly recommend. Great value for money!!!!

Failed to arrive to an appointment we booked with them. Messaged to advise they'd be late, they never showed up and failed to respond to further messages we sent them. Really poor not to even offer an explanation. Thank you for wasting our time moving all our furniture around ready for the clean. I'd strongly recommended avoiding them.

Steven was early for our appointment and was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. The cleaning of my two lounge rugs from start to finish took about 45 mins and afterwards there was no mess or wet rugs left behind. Lovely service, which I will use again.

I would like to share my experience with this so called carpet cleaning company. I have scheduled our carpet cleaning a month in advance. The cleaning was scheduled for 1pm. It was 1:45 and nobody was here. So I have messaged the person and he said he is running late. I wasn't pleased but I understand that it can happen. I rescheduled the appointment for a next day 3pm. The person didn't turn up again and didn't even message like the previous day. My husband took time off work. This is not professional behaviour. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Really disappointing. Having spent the evening prior to the planned attendance moving all our furniture out of the lounge and landing they were a no show. I received contact at the time of the planned attendance to inform me they were running 3 hours late and then they never appeared -with no explanation or follow up. My advice - use a more professional and reliable service provider.

Received a text on the morning of the booking saying he was going to be three hours late, and if we needed to rearrange then he could do Saturday morning or Monday morning. I managed to accommodate him being three hours late by changing my schedule on the day, only to then receive a text saying he couldn’t do that day, Saturday or Monday. Utterly shambolic and unreliable. Look elsewhere
