Longton Exchange Shopping Centre

Excellent atmosphere with very friendly staff. Good decor and a great place to meet, relax, take a hot drink and snacks.

Nice area not far from home,better than Hanley now Debenhams has gone nothing to go there for.Parking is expensive in Hanley .

Needs more shops there, loads of good shops have closed down. Even the shops that are joined onto the market are mainly empty. Loads of vape shops and foods shops

Lots of great new independent shops appearing, and finally some lovely places for coffee! Feels very safe and well maintained now with the presence of new on site security. Such a positive vibe, Longton is definitely on the up :)

Lovely shopping area! Its great to support local businesses. I like shopping around Longton as its easy to park, not too big, can often find things.

So much improved. Bright, and more shops have opened. Lovely Coffee Shop right in the centre,and adjacent car parks, with access to bigger stores. The local Market is also close by. Always worth a visit.

Ok I'm going for five stars here. I'm actually a Longton girl, born there (and Dresden), so I'm acutely aware of how it was, after leaving the town I rarely returned, especially after it hit rock bottom. And it was bad, terrible in fact.However, we happened to need to go last week, so spent a few hours in the exchange and surrounding shops. And honestly, hand on heart, it's coming back to life! There's some fabulous indipendant shops, with a really friendly almost cosy feel. There's coffee shops and places to eat, the market is just lovely too, and very clean. The exchange is very clean actually.Whatever it is that's changed it's a good change and honestly Longton on the whole is coming back to life and it makes me personally incredibly happy to see.Obviously it's a work in progress but I'm certain it will be a fabulous place again soon.

Visit here most weeks with my family for the shops. Closest place to us that has poundland now. Are a few shops to visit but could do with more shops as it does have a lot of empty lots as well which isn't nice to see. Would be lovely to see it thriving again.

It's ok , it could be better, half the shops have gone now, closed down. It could do with some good shops opening up to give people the incentive to go shopping there.
