Gorgeous views and quick service. I love drinking from a mug instead of a throw-away cup. It also keeps you present, enjoying the views and no litter. Staff is friendly. The food was hot and tasty and it’s a great place to rest from hiking.

Love a little hike here, especially the cuppa afterwards and the view. Lovely coffee in a proper mug! Amazing view. Friendly staff, they do sausage rolls, soup, hot and cold drinks along with cake. You have to walk for quite a bit to be able to access this place.The queues for this place can be quite long, especially on a weekend. I attribute this to the cafe's extremely friendly attitude and the good food.I asked how spicy the tomato soup was. I concede it is a difficult question to answer as everyone's responses to whether or not something is spicy can vary greatly. I enjoyed the soup very much and it was tasty.There were items available such as pasties, cookies and cakes. The woman who asissted us was really friendly. I also liked the fact that she took the time to talk to people, many of whom she clearly knew. It is nice and comforting to know that she takes the time to remember who people are. I also liked the fact that no one moaned about the length of time that they had to wait in the queue. I am sure that it happens and people do complain, which is unfair as it seems as if the members of staff work extremely hard and efficiently.The beverages are served in proper mugs and there is a table where one can put his or her cup when one is finished with it. There are many benches surrounding the Tower where one can admire the sourroundings.

Great place to stop and enjoy the awesome scenery. Window in base of tower where you can grab and a drink and a snack (diet coke and bakewell tart for this explorer!)Then sit on the benches and gaze across the Surrey Downs.Friendly guy serving today and said hello to the dogs that were visiting with their owners

Had a great cup of tea at the Tower Cafe. Staff were all super friendly. They also have pastries, sausage rolls and some other snacks.

Lovely little take out cafe with a great selection of cakes and pastries! What more could you ask for coffee, lemon drizzle cake and the picturesque views of the Surrey Hills!
