If I could give this place 0 stars I happily would. Rude and aggressive woman behind the till failed to get the order correct then blamed my disabled daughter in law . Refused to correct it or give her the money back. This woman has utterly no manners or any idea about customer service and should not be in that job. Reported to both their head office and our local council

When trying to sort out a meal as I'm vegetarian staff was too busy serving me amd talking to staff didn't work with me on a 7 item breakfast they couldn't be arsed... when finally paid my brekast came out 2 with runny eggs had to be sent bk as I ordered really rock hard eggs hubbys meal didn't even leave the kitchen it wasn't ordered or even paid for then he had to wait 20 mins so I was eating om my own ...poor interaction with the customers poor customer service never again will we use this cafe rather pay more money get better service and get our food out together and get the orders right

I was shocked by how good this place is! Delicious food. You'd think from the prices that it would be awful, but it wasn't. The special cheese on toast with bacon or sausage is particularly nice. I'd recommend that.From the bakery, I'd recommend Eccles cakes. Soft and delicious.

Got a 7 piece all day breakfast with 3 bacon a hash brown 2 eggs and some beans. The food came and all of it was stone clod so I sent it back and 20 minutes later it came back beans stone cold eggs rubbery and bacon warm the only thing hot was the hash brown. In my opinion I find this very disrespect full because when I sent the breakfast back the second time the staff was whispering about me saying how moody I was for sending my cold food back I wouldn’t mind however but I bought £27 worth of food and for mine to be stone cold 3 times is outrageous.

Disgusting Customer Service1. Wouldn’t allow me to use the toilet to change my 2 year old, storing an E scooter in there.FYI it’s by law you MUST provide toilet facilities in a sitting down food cafes/restraunts.2. Gave me a dirty cup for my daughter, also cutlery wasn’t clean. I cleaned it with a baby wipe.3. Asked me if i wanted to change my name as my daughter kept saying ‘mam’ as if it was annoying her4. gave my 2 year old stale nuggets5. waited 20 mins for our food to come6. I saw another woman touch my food once it was plated7. Needs a hygiene review and to send gordon ramsay in to teach them how to cook! I have had stomach pains for 2 days from eating that.. I knew it was that as it was the only thing I had that day.She needs sacking, clearly not a people person with no manners. I think yous need to have a review of your staff… Would never go back again. Ruined my day of my trip to Blackpool.Absolutely disgusting..

The food could and should be served hot. We waited over 20 minutes after the initial order to get our food. The waitress apologised saying she had to wait for the chips to be cooked. You'd have thought great, freshly cooked.! But they were Luke warm at best. The accompanying pie was cold.

Food was fine and timing was great.Unfortunately one member of staff was rude to a elderly couple who wanted their table cleaned and also was rude to a disabled man who simply wanted sauce at their table.Other then that cheap food, cheap interior and one cheap of mannered member of staff.

It was ok but coffee was hot brown water so weak couldnt taste it. Only went in as the queue for greggs next door was massive.
