Closed with no information as to why. Useless

Zero enthusiasm from the lady at the desk who didn't even bother to stand up. Recommended a chippie which was closed for another two hours, it was a 15 minute walk away when she said five. We asked what there was to see and do and she half heartedly suggested the castle and D-day centre without asking us anything about what we're interested in. Total waste of time, needs someone there who would actually like to help.
