IMO Car Wash

No need to buy the more expensive option the first three options are the same information from an employee who worked there

I did a valet here today Sunday 16-July-2023 between 4:30 and 5pm for a silver Mercedes. After I left, I found a few things missing from my car, a pope medallion, rosaries and coins. I have been in this country for more than 27 years now, this is the first time, someone has robbed me like this. Beware when you visit this car wash. I wish the manager/owner checks his CCTV to see who is robbing the customers.

BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY MIGHT BE CLOSED IF THE STAFF DON’T FEEL LIKE WORKING! They advertise they close at 7pm is BS. I went few days ago at 6.25pm and they had a cone on the entrance to avoid cars coming in. Clearly the staff don’t want to be there. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable, if they advertise open until 7pm I expect to receive a service if I go at 6.25pm. I went all the way from the other side of Reading to get my car washed and had to come back home because the staff decide to close whenever they want.I’ve been a customer for a few years and It’s not the first time I’ve found this practice. I’ll go somewhere else from now on as clearly they don’t want customers.

I first time I used the car wash I had to wait longer to go through but my car looked amazing, I recently used them again & felt like it was a rush job, maybe they are trying to put too many cars through at a time, it left a filthy residue all over my car, unless it reverts back to how it was, I won't recommend or use again. Very disappointed.

For the second time I have waited half an hour and then given up and turned round. Used to be so efficient but so sluggish now. As I finally got to the front of the queue, he spent TEN minutes on a pick up truck in front of me, jet washing the back and tail flap. I wanted the full valet so by that point had ran out of time. Save yourself the aggro and go elsewhere!!

Its ok! for the price its worth it but the guys working are very rude and intimidating! the wash also left a few dirt patches on the wheels!

Wasted journey. At 6pm refused to hoover the car. Was told just wash it. Rude staff just couldn’t be bothered to work. Never using them again.

I used to love going to this place as they used to clean my car to the point it looked new.Before COVID it cost me around 11 pounds to get my car cleaned inside out and the service was immaculate. Now the price is 24 pounds and the quality of clean is shocking.I went today and they did a very poor job with the inside of the car although they had no other customer waiting in line. I had to cleans the inside with wipes myself as it was all full of smears as well as droplets of liquid that were not once passed with a cloth.I must say I'm really disappointed and this is the last time I'll be going there.

please avoid in any costI have paid £31 for mini valet and sort of pro-shield washand it's absolutely a jokenot to mention their car wash machine created scratch on my carthey were using the effort of feather to clean ur car, no matter interior or exterior. water drop still everywhere when they told you they hv finished"I would rather use the money to go to Tesco jet washP.S That sort of AIR freshener smell stinky and disgusting
