Fantastic had the equipment I needed, staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again in the future and can not recommend them highly enough.

Paid extra for weekend delivery but item did not turn up!! Had to call early Monday to chase them. Eventually item delivered. No refund given despite requesting by phone and email. Poor customer service.

Shocking serviceShocking service. Didnt turn up when scheduled to do so. Paid for a full days hire. Equipment delivered at 2pm. Spent most of the morning being fobbed off with excuses as to where the equipment currently was. The driver was in Burton when his drop off was in Sutton Coldfield. Excuses excuses. To add insult to injury the blade on the equipment was blunt but didn't stop being charged extra for blade wear which I'm assuming is supposed to cover the blade being sharpened before it is hired out again! Disgraceful service and would definitely not use again or recommend.I would like to add that it has taken a further 2 days for the equipment to be collected again after being fobbed off about the drivers whereabouts. I had to alter my plans to wait around on the off chance the driver would show up. This will probably now be filled with fuel and dropped off at its next unsuspecting hiree. The job was made so much harder as the blade was blunt and I suspect the next person will have exactly the same issues. Dont charge for a service that you can't provide

Didnt deliver on afternoon we paid for. No call to say why, i had to chase. They then said they would deliver the following morning but failed to turn up. After a few for phone calls a delivery driver didnt want to get out in the rain and sat in front of reception for 5 minutes then drove away. These guys are a joke!

No problems at all. Very reliable company. Highly recommended.
