I was recommended to SJH by a neighbour and I couldn’t be more pleased. Arrived on time for the the in person quotation and wasn’t out off by some “bespoke work” I wanted to do myself prior to his installation.Arrived bang on time on installation day and I had no issues leaving them in the house when I had to head to work.The installation is perfect and no mess has been left. They went above and beyond when it came to hiding the sensor for a clean install.Will 100% recommend.

After 3 quotes from different companies, I gave the job to SJH. After accepting the job, Simon decided to tell me 3 days before starting the work that the parts he was meant to have ordered 5 weeks ago, hadn't arrived... Simon clearly never ordered them. Because of his incompetence, I now have to go with another contractor who cannot install until mid July. Thanks Simon, Nice one

Great service, very polite and very friendly

We had our air conditioning units installed at the end of February and the service we received from Simon and his team was beyond our expectations. We were so pleased that Simon actually came out to visit us to provide a quote in person, it meant that we could discuss all options and he answered any questions we had. This was the key driver in us choosing this company, we found that other companies wanted to conduct everything online and they lacked that personal touch. We seamlessly progressed from quote through to booking, and with the support of Zoe we managed to arrange a convenient time for installation. The installation took two days, the whole team were polite, friendly and completely accommodated us whilst carrying out their work. They worked efficiently and the installation was perfect. We would definitely recommend them for an amazing service from beginning to end.
