Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Grimsby

Rented a van today and was very pleased by the service received, the lads was presentable and respectful. Very helpful too. The van was lovely and new to drive. Enterprise Grimsby 5 starts all day long!

Door to door service is super useful with nice friendly people & a clean & bright office.Shame their a bunch of cowboys!Pick up driver needs to learn the rules of the road (slip road gives way to the duel carriageway, not the other way round!)Even forgot to ask for my insurance details lol!Expect you to refuel vehicle the day they want it back (it's in the contract), not everyone has spare cash I live from payday to payday, then they say well we won't offer you another vehicle if you dont"! Yeah thanks!"

collected from stirling, returned to here. well.... get car, underguard it turns out was hanging off so car had to be returned, got the same car the next day and the staff pointed out to me several scratches and a dent, said oh they are all fine nothing for you to worry about so i took them at their word. having returned the car to a different branch it turns out none of the scratches were documented and now enterprise are accusing me of causing them. i am furious as they pointed them out to me!! so i stupidly thought that enterprise is aware of them. frankly this feels like a scam, will absolutely never ever be using them again!!!!!

Rented from Grimsby for trip to Yorkshire Dales for a weeks break with family. Was met by Steve who showed me my rental and explained basic operations of the car (could be there for at least an hour explaining how to use ALL the features of the car) and left very pleased. Would definitely use this rental establishment based on this experience. The only criticism I would have has nothing to do with the Enterprise Company. The site location is on a trading estate but somewhat unusually the entrance to their site is not signposted at the entrance to their location, fine for local people, not so easy for out of towners like me.

Very corrupt and immoralThey are currently trying to claim on our insurance for damage that was not ours the damage was pointed out but not recorded by them. I STRONGLY advise you NOT to use this company , plenty of other good ones to choose from. Take your time and read other reviews many customers will state that they have been charged for damage they didn't cause, you have been warned. !!!. See enterprise rent a car complaints, yes they have a Facebook page dedicated to complaints about Entrrprise rent a Car. What does that tell you . PS 1266 views so far on this comment. Now 1558 views and growing .
