Initial contact with this company was really good, home visit and any telephone contact. Then came the boarding and screeding boy or boy what a mess. After ringing to complain and a second attempt to put things right the day of fitting vinyl came. toThankfully Jordan and Ledger the fitting team arrived these lads cared. Jordan pulled out all the stops to put this job right I had to wait another day so he could do the job properly.Thanks lads

This is a review of two parts. Initially, the experience was great. The person visiting to measure up and provide the price was great and very polite. The lady on the telephone who I spoke to to pay etc (Deborah I believe) was lovely and friendly. Great experience.Then came the fitting. The guys were polite and did a decent job of the fit but left my house in a total mess. Off cuts everywhere. Bags of rubbish left in all rooms. And outside. Cardboard rolls left outside on street. Three walls damaged from moving beds around the rooms.When I sent an email with all of this in, with photographs, there was no response to me other than the fitter ringing to say what's the problem?". It should have been dealt with by a manager or someone in the company. Not a fitter who is sent to the job and hasn't been given any context of the issue so he was ringing place. It just made a not great situation even more awkward.Initially great. Finished product isn't the best I've seen from fitters but is good. Carnage left in my house wasn't acceptable."
