19/10/23) My wife was dealing with Scottish water yesterday (18/10/23) when the toilet pan arrived so she asked for the box to be left in the kitchen. It was obvious to me when I slid the box on the floor the toilet was broken, on checking inside it wasn't just broken, a lot of it was in bits. This means that whoever delivered it knew it was broken, whoever broke it knew they had broken it, so why deliver it ? Why not stop it in transit or does accountability play a part, let's deliver and blame it on the customer. Fortunately the sender agrees, they are arranging another. I feel that anyone who is dishonest enough to knowingly deliver a broken item should not be allowed on my property. The service is very poor and staff allowing a clearly broken item to continue on its journey shows dishonesty. Don't trust the service.

We shipped a few packages to the USA from here. They all arrived in a timely manner. At the time the man who worked there said their could be a billing issue because they use two different systems but he emailed us the invoice so we had evidence of the over £600 we paid. Flash forward 6 months and my OAP mother is receiving threatening letters claiming we haven’t paid. No one at FedEx can help us. We have emailed and called, racking up international charges and getting nowhere. We chose to go with an internationally recognized brand but turns out that was a huge mistake. Avoid them at all costs

I purchased an item from seller in England to be delivered to Scotland, which may as well be the other side of the world to Fedex.It was due for delivery next day and never arrived then they say it will be priority next monday which is today . Now they say it will be tuesday , ,the service is disgusting and the customer service which consisted of an indian speaking woman in her house was even more hopeless.They say they pride themselves on the next day delivery to the US but cant deliver to Scotland from England in 5 days. Avoid using Fedex as they are not worth the hassle,and their all round service is terrible.

This services is rubbish - This is the second time we have suffered from their next day delivery" LIE.Wait all day for them as their tracker says "Out for delivery

Parcel not collected from drop off point for three days so far. Should have been next day delivery. Hopless service.

Plenty of parking space and easy to see where the entrance is, staff were polite and efficient. This is the place to go if you're dropping off a delivery for the US. I was originally sent to the depo by the FedEx website which was very difficult to find and get into, and then they told me they couldn't send it to the US from there. So if you're looking where to drop off your packages, this is the one!

Great service. I was away last week when they first attempted delivery. Called this morning (Monday) to be told by friendly guy at the end of the phone that it was already on its way. The courier appeared at the door about 5 minutes later. Would definitely recommend.

Hello. The parcel came to the UK, tax was collected from me but the courier did not leave a notice and the parcel was returned to Japan. Of course, the tax was not refunded because for the hell of it. Now I have to fight them for a refund. A worthy company

Ive been told my parcel has been delivered since friday last week and was signed for at my residence. Ihave since contavted to complain about the issue since my parcel isnt with me but ive been told after an investigation that the parcel was delivered properly. It says the parcel has been signed for but no one was in at the time it was delivered so Im wondering who was allowed to sign for my parcel and why there wasn't a note left saying who it was left with. Very annoyed as it was exensive and ive still to find or receive it. Thinking now that someone else has signed ed it and was allowed to takebit withkut the delilivery driver checking who the person was

So much for delivering my item today even though they have had it for a week now and they drove past my house today and tracking says they didn't attempt delivery Why?
