The boys had a fantastic time on their holidays at Ty Gwyn as always. They have been going since they were both pups and our previous boys Cash and Bandit went ther too. I would not trust my boys to go anywhere else. We get lots of updates and pictures and the boys always come back happy and healthy ❤️

We were quite nervous about leaving our dog for the first time in kennels, and we didn’t need to worry at all. The team are clearly passionate about animals, and they are all so warm and genuine. Communication was really prompt whilst we were away, and we received pics of all the friends our dog had met on her holiday! We also had to book last minute for another night due to travel delays, and it was absolutely no trouble at all. Lovely to find a kennels who care so much! 100% recommend Ty Gwyn Pets and Rosie can’t wait to go back!

We were looking for a kennels to leave our dog gizmo for four nights when we went to Budapest. We looked everywhere and when we came across ty Gwyn and read the reviews we went along and met the staff. They were friendly and helpful. It was hard leaving gizmo because we've never left him before. But while we were on holiday we could message them asking how he was and they would reply and also sent us a video on WhatsApp. When we got back and went to pick him up we had to call him a few times to come to us. He had made plenty of friends and had a bromance with a dog called albie. He also loved all the girls that worked their and had looked after him. He had such an amazing time their and the staff were brilliant with him. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They look after the animals amazingly and treat them as their own. Will definitely use again and we are going to book gizmo in for some doggy daycare so he can see his friends again.

When the owners of the kennels we used retired we looked at lots of other places for our lovely Collie. We found it hard to believe what some places were promising they would do as the dog/staff ratio would make it physically impossible. We were not impressed either by our pet having his own tv in the “room”.We visited Ty Gwyn who focused on the things that pets need. Comfort, exercise, and love in abundance and a staff team who are devoted to their jobs and the safety of our pet. Dani made us feel reassured about leaving our dog and rightly so. Nothing is too much trouble and I’ve heard that she’s often up in the night checking the cameras “just to make sure” that the animals are all sleeping happily. Our Olly has stayed there many times now. He leaves us with his tail wagging and returns the same way. He always has time to say a nice goodbye to the staff. He has a great time and I know that he would be looked after well if anything happened to him while we were away.Recently we left our 10 month old puppy for a long weekend. I was naturally apprehensive with her being so young. She hardly noticed me when we collected her as she was too busy jumping up to the staff member for her attention. By all accounts she had a ball and staff were able to talk about her stay in great detail because they make a point of getting to know all of the pets in their care. The staff all seem to love their work and I have no doubt in my mind that Ty Gwyn boarding kennels is the best for many miles around.Thank you all again Helena and Bruce x

Ty Gwyn always look after our two dogs Bertie & Penny when we are away. We know that our dogs are not the quietest and not the easiest to deal with, but Ty Gwyn always provide a great service.

Our pups have just come back from their first 2 week holiday with Ty Gwyn. After not being in kennels for 4 years due to the pandemic we did have our concerns about how they would settle in, these were quickly squashed after the staff sent photos of them having fun. It was clear that the pups enjoyed their time as they weren't in a rush to come home.The pups came home extremely tired from all the fun they had with the staff. I couldn't recommend them enough we will definitely be using them again.

Since we moved to the area, Ty Gwyn is our go to home away from home for our dog when we are travelling. He loves his holidays at his boarding kennel as the team really make a fuss with all the dogs (and cats) that they look after, whether it is day care or boarding. Be advised that they are so good, that bookings need to be completed very early to ensure you find space for your pet. My dog is always excited to go and this makes leaving him a little easier to bare, although we miss him so much. The team at Ty Gwyn do send photo updates if you ask them to. ❤️ Thank you to all the wonderful team for everything you do for us.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!When we got our 2 cavapoos puppies we felt the more traditional kennel my older dogs were used to wouldn't be suitable as they were a different type of dog to the labs.We visited every kennel in North Wales and Cheshire area before coming across Ty Gwyn! Fast forward 12 months and my little dogs have come home from their third stay happy healthy and with a very obvious bond with the girls!! They get the best care.. So good we are now moving our 2 older dogs 1 with health issues over to Ty Gwyn as we feel the care is so much better!!

I know Dani & Ty Gwyn both professionally and personally.She is amazing with my animals (and children!) and I highly, highly recommend Ty Gwyn Pets to anyone and everyone. In fact it’s my first point of call if anyone is looking for such services.Honest, trustworthy and with pets welfare first and foremost it’s a no brainer who I’d choose first with my beloved pets.
