Watsons have recently sold my mothers home for last 24 years in Sheringham. They truly did a great job. Not only did they keep me up to date on developments but they sensitivity deal with my 82 year old mother, knowing what stressful business selling and buying can be. They sold the house very quickly (well twice actually!) and then were very helpful throughout the remainder of the process. Overall a super service by the ladies in Watsons!

Watson's did a great job selling our seaside property for us. The girls in the office were friendly, efficient and very experienced. We always received prompt feedback from them and sound advice. We lost our first buyer but Watson's found us another buyer within a couple of days. Not the cheapest estate agent in town but we chose them because they gave us confidence that they would provide us with very good service. Top notch !

Watsons sold my house in sheringham. In fact less than 48hrs after they put it on the market I had 3 viewings & received an offer over the guide price they listed it at.They stayed in touch throughout & were always there at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries I had.I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nice staff & very efficient, can’t fault them.
