Very poor, unhelpful, rude, story twisting customer service. I have to paid to change my flights to accommodate Tesla delivery on 9th Dec as there is no way that I can receive the delivery within 7 days from 9th Dec. Then on late evening of 8th Dec, the delivery was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” by Tesla. I tried to get the delivery after I come back to UK in 3 weeks time, but the agents on the phone and texts were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They cannot offer any help and mow my car has been “UN allocated “. God know when will be my next delivery. After all my sacrifices and efforts to accommodate Tesla delivery, at last minute, the delivery might be cancelled and I might not be able to get the delivery within 7 days from the date that Tesla demand you to receive. Bad service.

Excellent - Graeme Davies was brilliant in every way - very professional and knowledgeable the show room was beautiful clean and covid safe - I test drove the performance model and I have to say was absolutely amazing - I thoroughly recommend using this Tesla outlet and recommend you take a test drive

I was looking to buy a new car with Tesla on my shortlist. I went online to book a drive Test, and after few days I got a mail form the Bristol dealer. Instead to offer immediately a slot they asked to contact them again. All the communication is possible by mail only, they've never called me to speed up the process, instead I've always waited days before their answer. And when eventually they asked when I was available for the test they've disappeared. I understand Tesla is currently quite popular, so maybe they are not too keen to care about new customers. No worries I've ordered the car form another brand.

Not what it used to be!Went in to talk about purchasing the model X p100d (performance), however, the staff were more interested in their laptops and phones.Think I dodged a bullet on this one, as I noticed some very questionable quality and finishing issues on their showroom model X.

Visited this Tesla showroom recently (my third ever visit to this location). Staff are excellent and allowed us to look at the cars for some time as it was quiet on this occasion. This location has touchscreens on the walls which allow you to configure a Tesla to your own specifications, to get an idea of pricing etc... The cars included a Model S and Model X. Unfortunately, the Model 3 was not on display. A little disappointed as this was my main reason for visiting. When we asked, the staff informed us that there are currently only a few examples of this vehicle in the UK, and that they are being taken to different Tesla showrooms at different times. Regardless of this, I enjoyed my visit and would happily go again.

Excellent service at the showroom. We turned up late at night and asked to see a model Y. The assistant was on his own but was really accommodating and took us through the back and let us look at one of their test drive cars. Answered all questions. Great representative for the company.

From start to finish - absolutely brilliant! We went in and were greeted almost straight away by Peter Anson, who you can tell as soon as you speak to, is just so passionate and interested in his work and so knowledgeable about the cars. We had done a lot of research beforehand and even then he was still telling us information we didn't know about. True model employee! He took us out to the Model Three Tesla, which we took on a test drive and completely and utterly sold us (it is magic, there's no other words). Just to add - at no point whatsoever did we feel pressured to buy like most other car dealerships, it was just pure helpfulness and we left wanting to buy one even more after that :)

Today I walked into the Tesla showroom hoping to have a conversation with somebody. I’m looking to expand our small fleet of vehicles - we’re looking for two model 3s or 2 model Ys.There’s nobody in the showroom, I looked around the back and no one turned up. I have a strong suspicion they judge a book by its cover.2 stars as the show room looks nice and the cars were unlocked.

The best test drive experience of my life. The staff let me try the car without any pressure or nasty sales tricks. I was left to make up my own mind if Tesla was for me.As it happened, it took me 20 minutes to realise that my petrol car days were over and that this is the future.13,000 miles and 6 months later I couldn’t be happier with my model 3!
