I'm ashamed to say I don't know the name of the lovely lady that did my manicure and pedicure last week but she did a really really nice job and was so friendly and genuine and lovely to talk to.

First time having a professional wax. Charlotte gave me such a warm welcome, I felt like I was popping round my friend for a cup of tea! Charlotte was so professional and kept checking that I was comfortable. The price was amazing. I would highly recommend Beauty by Charlotte for their friendly five star service.
