I think river island should change their staff . One of the lady she is very arrogant . And no manners how to talk with staff . And second think i bought a product i have bills , card details , receipts everything still she is saying bring that person who buy this product for you . She don’t change it . I think their refund policy is really bad which i never seen in any store . When i ask about her manager she is saying i am part of the management. No idea how to speak with others. I am regular customer overethere. But for next time i will never visit even i recommand to my friends also never come there.

I’m actually appalled by the poor level of customer service this store provides! The manager at this store was extremely rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she did not have a clue of what she was on about. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to know the answer to everything but there’s always polite way to deal with certain scenarios and actually try to come across helpful! The other ground staff were far more polite in comparison to the store manager!

Thank you Melissa! You’ve made my day!I ordered online and was expecting the delivery at the store tomorrow. However, this morning, I received 2 emails. One tells me that my purchases had been dispatched. The second said that it’s ready for collection. What a lovely surprise.As I walked into the store, Melissa greeted me with a smile and asked me if she could help me. How nice! I showed her my email for collection. Within minutes, Melissa had my order ready. From ordering to delivery, the whole process has been very smooth.This brand has a lot of classic designs which can be worn for years and still look classy. Not just clothing designs but also handbags, shoes accessories, jewellery. Sizes fit me very well. Prices are very reasonable.

Horrible experience with the purse snatching gangs for a family member.Unlucky timing within the shop.Unfortunately, the staff took no initiative to help the victim. We had to chase the staff up multiple times to ask basic questions, like the address of the shop. They didn't even think or suggest to call the mall security officers immediately, which could have made all the difference.

I enjoy shopping at RI in Ealing Broadway, but I also like visiting the online store which you might be surprised if you look deeper for others colours in the same line item

Sizes are just too small as we are always returning our purchases. Staff seems unhelpful most of the time. It used to have good kids collection range but not anymore. This branch is very small so if you are after good collections i would advise to go to a bigger branch.
