My partner locked his keys in his boot like an absolute fool, but Stephen only took 20 minutes to come save the day. When he got to us he was super polite and friendly and even let us sit in his van to stay warm! Would 100% recommend his services!!

Sunday morning main door handle snapped and couldn’t lock my door. Called many local locksmith but no one answered though they say 24 hrs opened. Luckily got hold of Stephen at Lock n Load and he was there in 15 mins. Change the lock and the handle.Reasonable price and very efficient.Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Lock N Load . I was locked out of my flat and Steve was there in about 15 minutes, in a branded van and uniform , which instantly gave me confidence. He replaced the lock and gave me some valuable security advice .He was friendly and professional, very clear about my options and his prices - which were very reasonable. I hope I don’t get locked out again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call Lock N Load .

Excellent service all round. Patio doors had dropped and Stephen was able to come out and fix them on the same day as reported. Arrived on time, very reasonably priced and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Stephen.The gearbox on my UPVC back door was broken. Stephen came round the following day, on time, and was able to source and install a replacement gearbox very quickly. He is very professional at his job, and he ensured that both the back door and the work area were left clean & tidy before he left. Excellent service. Really responsive to the call to change 2 door locks the same day. Arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and was clean and tidy. Great communication and understanding too. Would highly recommend.

Lock n Load have repaired 4 window locks which were very challenging, but they figured it out and saved us a lot of money in the long run , I would highly recommend to anybody as they are friendly, honest and polite
