Took a Scrufy dog in, got back a Princess

Lovely staff, especially Sarah who loves the dogs like her own

Picked my pooch up recently and was a bit upset he came out really damp/wet and smelling of wee. I think this is what has contributed to him now having kennel cough (even though vaccinated).Also, my dog was a solid 24kg, with a fit physique when he went in and is now only just 20kg and looks like he needs a few extra dinners.I have never used a kennels before so I dont really know what is and what isn't normal, nothing really to compare it to.The owner there was absolutely lovely when we dropped the pooch off, however when collecting him we were just handed the dog and they walked off when we asked if he had been alright, we didnt get an answer.I would still recommend this kennel to people hence the four stars as the owner is lovely, they are obviously a well recommended kennels and look after many dogs on a weekly basis, just thought i would share my experience also.
