The Maple Tree

This children centre is just amazing! It used to be run through the government, but someone decided it was a good idea to close all the community centres and leave parents with young children empty handed. Luckily this group of people joined forces and applied for sponsoring to get this up and running again. Which is much needed for a lovely community as Wheatley.They have lovely children's sessions every! day from Monday-Friday and sometimes dad groups on a Saturday or family fun days.If you got small kids this is a must visit. Your children can choose numerous activities to play with. From reading books, playing with little toys, ride on toys, arts and crafts etc etcIf you visit and you've got a few pound on you, please do support them with a donation.

Went to stay and play for the first time while my wife can't go. Amazing people and my son adores it.

A wonderful centre with amazing staff. There are a lot of activities to do ( indoor and outdoor) and you pay what can for the sessions. They are also open half term which is fantastic.

Amazing place for parents carers grandparents and young children

The Maple Tree is an amazing place for families/carers with young children. They run various experiences across the week aimed at different age groups (under5s mostly). Definately worth a visit

I love bringing my daughter here!! Honestly I’ve been to so many play groups in oxford and this, by far, is the best I’ve been to! Very welcoming & warm, Clean and always so much to do
