We had a fantastic trip. Have travelled very extensively but think the boat trip from Rio Dulce to Livingstone is in my top 5 experiences of all time! Everything went very smoothly, drivers, guides and vehicles were faultless. Hotels all very different characters and all excellent including Guatemala City. Favourite was Flores :) Recommend transfer thru Houston!

BtO organised a super tour of Guatemala for us - two weeks starting in Antigua/Atitlan, Flores/Tikal and then Livingstone before closing with a night in Guatemala City. Great hotels and flawless local logistics and guide support. Very happy to recommend them.

We originally booked our trip to Cuba in Dec 2019, travelling in Nov 2020 but it was cancelled due to covid. We finally managed to get away November 2022 and we had the absolute best time. All throughout the process Jon from BTO was brilliant. His knowledge and advice was outstanding. Not only on Casa Particulars, hotels, destinations, transfers, excursions etc but on the ever changing issues with the currency. We recieved constant updates and prior to departing, a great information pack with all the info we could ever need! The whole experience with BTO was impeccable and I have already recommended them to a number of friends and colleagues and will continue to without hesitation. Great communication. Were able to tailor make a holiday to Cuba matching our preferences, not shoehorning us in to a standard tour. Excellent private transfers and good recommendations for activities and hotels. The ground agents were really helpful too.
