Excellent service, truly excellent.I bought my Vespas GTS300 from another dealer which was miles away from where I live and after 6 months, I had a problem with starting it. It was under warranty and Piaggio arranged recovery and took it to Arnolds. Arnolds contacted me and explained how they were going to sort the problem and they did so within the time frame promised. I collected the bike a few days later and I was pleasantly surprised with their showroom, parts, & accessories. If I’d have spent much longer in the shop, I’d have ended up buying another bike-so much selection. The staff were so friendly too, very polite and accommodating. Now I know this place exists, this will certainly be the only place I go to for my bike needs. Great job guys. Thank you.

I went there and ordered a part for my Yamaha motorcycle. Received it week later but it wasn't what I expected to get, so I wanted to give it back. I went back in the shop with the not used part, original package and receipt and I heard from a staff member it's not returnable, nobody told me that before buying. To be fair it's not a custom part, it's something anyone can order in 1000's of quantity with no problems, that's why I don't understand why they can't take it back, send it back to Yamaha and refund me the money. I spent £120 for piece of plastic I will not even use. I was trying to explain it to the staff member but all I heard back is that this part is not returnable.

Truly awful customer service on an honest and truthful warranty claim. Shameful, after over 30 years of customer loyalty and the purchase of over half a dozen new machines from this dealer He started by saying that if any part is at fault he will pay for any damages under the warranty but needs to understand why this occurred. Basically, the side stand bent and gave way and the bike toppled over. He agrees it should not have happened due to his weight tests, but it did. Then the arrogant dealer infers that myself and witnesses to the event are cheats and liars because he knows best. His hypothetical fiction that an attempted theft, or another vehicle collided with the bike, are disproved by the honest reality of the pictures below. The bike was parked on its own in a motorcycle only Tesco parking bay. Furthermore, his preposterous claim that the defective stand is solid and fine beggars belief. I truly wonder what Yamaha would make of this dealer and his dishonourable ways. Anyone else had issues with this dealer? I think we need to know.

I've just bought a new Moto Guzzi V7 from Arnolds and I'm very happy with the service received. The valuation on my part exchange was reasonable and communication was excellent.I can't comment on their performance from a warranty claims perspective as I haven't had to make one but I'm certainly happy from a sales point of view.

Good staff amazing products but wished they would check the 2nd hand bikes over better before selling them as mine came with a near seized up chain and only just legal front tire tred but staff is amazing

Popped in to ask a couple of questions about my motorbike. The man at the counter was very helpful, and I appreciated his help.When I'm looking to change my ride in the future, I will definitely be visiting again.

I cannot recommend Arnolds enough!I've bought a Benelli Leoncino 500 from Arnolds Leicester back in March 2023.In April, I've noticed a small noise coming from the engine which I noticed when leaning to the left. Thought it would be the Camshat Chain.Spoke to Arnolds regarding fixing it and their mechanical expertise found out that the problem was in fact a small washer that was left in the bike since it's production, just below the starter motor. All the noise was just simply the washer rattling around the space. Engine is obviously running perfect.Since then, i've taken the motorbike on long journeys such as London a few weeks ago and noticed the front left fork leaking slightly. Tried to fix it myself with a SealMate tool but the fork still leaks. Called Arnolds Motorcycles to see what my options were and not only they'll replace the front left but for peace of mind, they'll also replace the front right at the same time!This is stunning customer service and I can only say good things about this dealership.Special thanks to Ian and Chris who have been very helpful from the beginning.I have dealt my purchase with Ian who was very professional and full of good advice.Thank you!

Picked a new Aprilia RS660 yesterday from Arnold's in Leicester (Sorry Wheels, Chris beat you to the punch!). Great service from Chris from the initial conversation last week through to pickup. The bike was ready and waiting for me on time. Good explanation of the bike before I left and all questions regarding servicing and warranty answered professionally.An excellent experience with Arnold's and I look forward to coming back in the next few months for the first service.

Got a used bike from here was easy enough, helpful staff good choice of bikes. My new bike was serviced and mot'd and ready to collect when they said it would be thanks guys
