I'm here to fix the zipper on my coat. The zipper needs to be removed and replaced, it was agreed to use the same color (white) but it may be more expensive. But when I went to pick it up, the zipper of the jacket was replaced with a worn metal color, and the edge of the jacket was very dirty. I don't recommend you to come to this tailor shop because they don't do what was agreed before, they have their own ideas.

Top quality tailoring. Had to get suit jacket sleeves shortened and even though I told them the amount I needed off, they accurately measured to double check and agreed. Turned it around on a couple hours on a Saturday and at a good price. Friendly people, excellent work; cant ask for more.Thanks again guys! I will definitely be back!

This place not even a worthy place for this 1 star if i get to give - stars i would have given that. Took 10£ for just the hand piece alone and yet it’s not correctly done. I paid a total of £25 just for shirt even the shirt is not that priced but i was my favourite so i agreed to pay yet it got ruined perfectly. Went a second time to correct it but they are very arrogant and doesn’t even have the courtesy about how to talk to a customer. And she mentioned her hand is very precious so that i have to pay another filthy £10 for correcting the error she made… Best place in Glasgow if u want your favourite dress to get ruined or your money to get spent on trash…Short and sweet- HIGH PRICE BUT ZERO QUALITY AND ZERO CUSTOMER HANDLING

Useless people and waste of time. I went back there on several occasions to take my jackets and the guy was having a laugh saying they were not ready asking me to come back. On one occasion he couldn't even find my jackets in his own shop saying he lost them and asked me to go back again. It took almost two months to get my jackets back without any repairs cause they were too incompetent to tell me that they actually had no time for them. Instead they thought it'd be a good idea to waste mines. Do a favour to yourselves guys and give your money somewhere else, these people don't deserve a penny.

Took a dress to be altered in the front (too low cut and revealing). Came back a day later and tried the dress on but the stitching was uneven, the dress was pinned and they promised to sort it but unfortunately this still wasn't right and I ended up with messy stitching down the front of the dress which has basically ruined it as it can't be fixed. I understand it was a tricky job but I wish they had told me that before and I could have gone somewhere more experienced or made do as it was but now the dress doesn't even fit.

Never trust your clothes to these guys. Absolute joke. Unreliability level 5 stars. Communication and understanding what you are talking about 0 stars. Telling you to come back in a week and your clothes will be ready. Took him 6 weeks to tell me he is too busy and I should take them elsewhere. Rude and unprofessional.

Owners are lovely and very skilled with their work. Prices are very very fair and alterations done very quickly. Love the way you can park right outside the shop for quickness. Just a great wee business.
