Absolutely disgusted! Having just moved into a new property, I have spent hundreds of pounds, having new things delivered! Up until now, no problems. However, today I should of been having a swivel chair delivered, the driver rang to say they we're on route to me, and asked me the usual covid questions, have a been in contact with anyone, are self isolating myself, to which I replied NO. He then said we'll be with you in about half hour. Hour later, I get a call saying, they won't be delivering to me, cause I said I had been in contact with someone, and they didn't feel safe. Rang customer service to say how angry I was, clearly said I was safe, and now I have wait until Wednesday evening, as I'm at work during the day! Hence why I ordered it to be delivered Saturday! So angry, poor communication, on the driver's side. Shan't be ordering from Argos again!

Made a special trip to this store as the only store to have my item in stock, (telephone) collected drove home and started to un package to find it was a previous used return! Item had names/numbers in the phone book, missed calls and received calls in its memory, also in the instruction book was writing and codes from previous user! not impressed with this at all !! Not sure they check returns properly, lost faith in whether I am buying new or used.

Went to the ordered online desk. The young lady there had obviously served several before I was called up. Extremely pleasant and helpful, she then went to the item slide and gave out everyones items as they arrived. Could not have been made quicker or efficient. We'll done young lady, an example to other young people. Hard working and polite. Top marks.

Ordered a foldup bed for delivery same day. Delivery time came and went still no bed. Spoke to customer service and they said definitely delivering the same day. At present still waiting.

Seems odd that you have to use separate machines to browse stock and to pay. If they have to be separated them one could forward your order to the other to save having to type in all the numbers again. Surely it can be done better. Items were dispatched quickly and good selection so that part is all good.
