Ordered a barbering kit from here. My son is now a month into a short barbering course and still has no kit as do most of the rest of his fellow students. What a waste of a months eduction

Been waiting weeks longer than expected for a delivery, rang them to chase up only to be told it had been discontinued. Not really happy I had to chase, was offered to have a credit, really, i asked for a refund. Not the usual service.

Always pleased with there service here at Ellisons. The team are always super friendly and helpful and always 5 star delivery service to.

Ordered a order came the following day, they rang me to say they was a packaging mistake and I ended up with someone else’s order - emailed them still no reply, needed my delivery to do clients this weekend and can’t get hold of anyone!

Ordered a trolley in a November thinking I’d take advantage of their offers for a trolley at half price. My first order with Ellisons in years. Now I know why they were half price and why I won’t shop with them again, first one delivered missing half its parts because it looks like it was a previously returned trolley and scratched. The second sent out, I thought it was great, all seemed to look ok, to find the wrong parts inside to put it together (parts for the large trolley version). Where an earth are these trolleys packed or are they even checked? It seems not. An absolute waste of my time and energy.As it stands I have requested a collection of both trolleys and a refund.Update: the trolleys have both been returned and received back into ellisons on the 9th/12 as tracked by DHL. Awaiting refund and contact from Ellisons.Refunded after contacting them today 16/12.

This was postponed till July 2021.The unit had limited use until July 2021, a few treatments for friends and family. I work alone so it hasn't been heavily used and I have carefully looked after my towel warmer. In March 2022 the heating function stopped working but the ozone function still works.I spoke to Ellisons customer service department, who asked me to e.mail the units serial number and details of the problem, so they could help and see what they could do. After speaking to 3 different staff members and 1 week later Sadie Stewart e.mailed; nothing would be done as the 1 year warranty had passed.No repair service. No parts available. An offer of 20% off another machine/order (the vat free offer that is advertised frequently) little compensation and the cost of a new TL20 towel warmer still considerably more expensive than other beauty suppliers.The Exhall branch is closed yet the address and opening times are still advertised when you use Google. I have been a customer of Ellisons for over 20 years purchasing stock, equipment and training. I have always found the service and quality of their products very good when I was able to go to their warehouse in Exhall.Since Ellisons has gone to online only, standards have dropped dramatically. It's such a shame when this happens and companies stop caring for their customers!

Worst experience ever! Ordered my brow staff ages ago, was supposed to get delivery on 24th of August and today is 6th of September. Customer service 0, no one replies … refund me my money !!!

The worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Never ever gonna order again here.
