Found out about Sutton Products from a neighbour who recommend their Brownwhills shop and said how knowledgeable and helpful Stuart was. And indeed he was. From sizing up the door lock barrel to how to fit it. Excellent stuff. Top marks.

I stumbled upon Sutton Products when looking to get a key cut and Stuart was really helpful, going above and beyond to try and resolve my problem. What he doesn’t know about doors & locks isn’t worth knowing.Can wholeheartedly recommend Sutton Products and they will now be my go to for anything doors / lock related.

Great Customer service. Assisted me replacing 2 barrels after a break in. Gave great advice and was very thorough when giving me instructions on how to fit the new barrells myself. If you need locks or any help with home security these are the guys to see.

I contacted this service in order to make a copy of the key for my wife. But the new key and the old lock did not make friends." The service provided me with a new lock core complete with keys. I must say that it was very kind of them. Such a policy of communication with customers indicates that the service values its reputation and the service values its customers. I can really recommend this service. I also want to say a big thank you to Mr. Stuart for solving my problem with the lock and key. I found Sutton Products when a friend told me in regards to locks and window repairs. He came out today to fix my front door lock. Completely professional and sorted my problems out ASAP. Couldn't do enough for me. . Fantastic Service. Re booked for next week for other jobs.
