This is a lovely hidden gem. I booked last minute to get my nails done. I can't fault anything. Beautiful Salon. Excellent customer service. My nails are the best that I've had done out of all the nail bars and salons I've visited. I absolutely love them. Will definitely be booking in again.

Me, my mom and my Nan all came here for facials and a back massage. Was so good, all the staff really friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience.

Had a pedicure here and it was very relaxing and really well done. Lovely ambience and I've always been able to just walk in. Very similar price to other places.

Worst experience I have ever had! Went in for my builder gels being removed. They completely ruined my nails by using the electric file and over filing my nail to the point there was nothing left. My nails were thinner than a sheet of paper and so sore I struggled to do anything. The weight of towels and bed sheets hurt my nails, and the warm water hurt too. They were in such a bad state that I had to go to a different nail technician for her to reapply builder gel to protect them whilst they grow out. On top of this they charged me £16 for the removal which is just extortionate, I regularly get my nails done and have never been charged that much and never had such poor service and painful nails. I am surprised I didn’t have a hole in my nail with how thin she filed them. I only went here as I needed to get them removed last minute…what a HUGE mistake that was. Will never be returning, if I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would recommend avoiding this place if you want to have any nails left.

Having never had eyelash extensions before, I was quite excited about finally getting around to having them. However, it was not a nice experience and after having the lashes put on, my eyes were really sore and it felt like I had grit stuck to my eyelids. I was advised that this was 'normal' so I thought I'd be ok. However, a week later it was still the same and they were so painful that I tried to remove them myself. I realised that there was no chance of this so booked into a local reputable salon to have them removed. It took them nearly 2 hours (apparently should only take 10-20 mins max.) to remove the lashes due to the fact that they'd been put on under my normal lashes and attached to my eyelids. Apparently they should be put on over your normal lashes and attached to the eyelash! Well, needless to say I'll never be going back. I'm now ok, albeit with a few less lashes that had to come off during removal due to the glue that was used initially. Whilst I believe the salon to be good for nails, waxing and foot spas, I do not recommend them for eyelashes.

Awful time management/customer service! Booked an appointment at 09:30 only to be seen at 10:50. Was told the wax wasn’t hot enough and that I need to come back because the lady I requested for when making the appointment doesn’t start until later. This was never mentioned on their website, and they have also confirmed the appointment prior to my arrival - why?! As I was waiting, people were walking in for other services and were seen before me. Every 5 minutes I was told “5 more minutes”.The only thing I was satisfied with was the service, Dia is an amazing beautician and in my opinion the best one of them all.

Visited today just a walk in appointment. I had my Lashes Russians removed. Its my first time wearing them. Homaira is the girl. Who treated me. She is very gentle, professional & friendly. I will definitely come back again. Thank you, Homaira, for giving me the best experience xx

What a fantastic Spa. The owner and staff are the loveliest people you could hope for. The salon is beautiful. It was my first time getting my nails done in years and the woman who did them was fantastic. She was very gentle and kind and just the sweetest. Absolutely the only place I'll be going for my beauty needs

This is the 2nd time I have had both manicure & pedicure at ‘Be The Beauty Spa, the last time on Saturday 3 June 2023 where I also had my first basic facial.I can honestly say I love it here, the staff are so lovely, polite and professional. I feel like everyone is treated like they are all special customers. A lot of time, care and dedication is given for each procedure.I especially would like to thank Dia for my facial and Nigar for my manicure and pedicure.Fantastic place with amazing staffNichola
