I travelled 20 minutes to this post office after work today because it was the only one in the area that said on the official post office website that it stayed open until 1730 on a Saturday and I had a parcel I needed to post urgently. I arrived at 1701 and was refused entry as they close at 1700". Horrendous customer service to turn away a customer who driver through a storm to post something. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE OPENING TIMES."

Disgraceful and rude. All I wanted was to post a letter my boss had instructed me to post, Simple? Instead of just allowing me to buy another stamp which the letter required they sent me away to get my boss to put another stamp on just to bring it back. Wasting my time and petrol.First time going there and last. Would not recommend.

Yatton Keynell Post Office
This is a great local shop with a variety of everyday essentials and a range of different non essential items too. You can also see that they are supporting local small businesses with a range of different gifts and products available too. Lot's of homemade pies , cakes and more on offer. The post office side is also very helpful and can do the majority of post office services. I would highly recommend this local shop and it's a great asset to the village and surrounding areas.

Now changed on Google search to Yatton Keynell post office with times reflecting the post office opening times which are different to the Village Store opening times.
