Excellent service from this company, I sent an email enquiry over the bank holiday weekend for some door glass for my hanix digger. Received a quote via email Tuesday morning which I was happy with so I placed the order. Glass arrived extremely well packaged the very next day. Will definitely use this company again for plant parts.

Where do I start with this lot, made the order online using my diggers model and make. Tracks arrived and unfortunately didn't fit, I spoke to Mark (listed as company director) on the phone. He informed me that it was because the track was meant for a rubber machine unlike mine that required a hybrid. then went on to say my machine was too old and good luck getting the parts to fix it, also he wouldn't be able to have the tracks collected due to covid. Fast forward 3 weeks I've managed to get a courier sorted, sent the tracks back but fund out the credit note was less than I paid for the tracks.... phones mark and what would you know I've issued some small print on the invoice theres a handling fee. I argued that fair enough if they had been collected by them but could they wave it as I've already spent a fortune on a courier and explained I hadn't set out to buy the wrong ones, I used my model number etc... to which the reply was it just shows a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing".So I'm now at a loss of £150 with no tracks

This company goes above and beyond to help their customers. It had gone past order processing time yesterday when they took my order, I mentioned that my company couldn't work without the part. They said they would try their best to get it delivered ASAP. 10.30 next morning they were on my doorstep. I can't thank them enough.

Mark answered my initial query by return of email. We were pretty sure everything would fit so I went ahead and ordered. Arrived very well packaged and a couple of little extras that I missed off ordering. Very pleased with the overall service.

Fantastic customer service from Kevin in the parts department, he really knows his stuff and was extremely helpful. The order only took a couple of days to get here and everything was spot on. Well impressed, would recommend to anyone.
