Really good and reliable service. When booking we weren't sure if we would be able to get the ferry as tickets online were showing as unavailable.After ringing the local terminal they mentioned that there was a standby" lane available for those who hadn't booked in advance. We made sure to arrive for the first ferry and was able to get on straight away. No extra fees. Very understanding staff."

Visiting the Island of Arran is a good option for a spring/summer week end. From Glasgow, it is very easy to come just for a day trip as well.The ferry terminal is typical, easy to navigate. Workers will also help you go to the right line to board the ferry if you have a car.

This is a grand wee place for waiting for the ferry. Clean and efficient and the staff are friendly. The walk around the building is bracing and there is plenty of car parking. You can venture into the wee village of Ardrossan and go for a walk around the harbour area. The whole area is well maintained and worth a wee exploration.

Looks a very good ferry port but today very windy so it will be a very rough crossing and hope it is not cancelled or delayed to much

On the way to the Isle of Arran via tour coach. Simple and efficient. Get off coach, get on ferry.

Small ferry terminal but very efficiently run. The kids loved watching the ferry dock. Great service

Over to Arran for work. Generally a good service . Clean terminal with a small snack bar, waiting area , reception and toilets.
