The service we received from start to finish was second to none, resulting in a designer finish within our budget. We would highly recommendUnique to anyone.

Great company to do business with. No pressure selling (unlike some of their competitors), designed built and fitted new kitchen including associated building work, door removals, new walls and removal of an existing wall. All work done to budget to excellent standard, agreed price and completed on time. Highly recommended.

We have just had a new kitchen and a new shower room fitted by Unique. The sales and fitting process was exceptional and very professional from start to finish. Steve and Rob helped us through the initial planning process and kept us informed of what would be happening and when. We were consulted all the way through the process to make sure we were still happy with the original plans. Steve, Rob, Phil, Ethan, Wayne, Ade, Ross and Ryan were all very professional and very tidy (although they did drink all of our coffee!). We are very, very pleased with our kitchen and shower room. Sometimes, unfortunately, a lot of us have in the past used trades people who in hindsight were not as good as we had hoped for. We can honestly say that Unique do not in any way fall into this category and we were not disappointed at all.It was quite emotional when it was all finished.Came as trades people. Just had a complete new kitchen & flooring installed by Unique.Quality of workmanship, professionalism & communication was outstanding from start to finish.Steve gave us confidence from the onset. What we thought were problems weren't problems.The installation was scheduled for approx 2 weeks. Prior to commencing work we were provided with full itinerary of who would be coming and when.Day 1 Steve & Rob removed old kitchen, this was followed by Phil & Ethan who did the fittingwith a high standard of craftsmanship. Professional service from start to finishInitially Steve came out to us and helped us to design our kitchen, we were then shown 3d images and a walk through video. Rob took the kitchen back to brick, this was achieved with minimum of mess. The plasterers boarded and plastered kitchen to high standard. The kitchen fitters Phil & Ethan who fitted our kitchen worked to a high standard, at the end of everyday the area was cleaned and left tidy, both very professional, approachable and courteous, any problems that arose they discussed them with us and kept us informed at all times, The electrical work was completed by Ryan and the floor was levelled and fitted by Adrian. Both these guys had a professional attitude and were very polite. We would like to thank everybody involved in creating our new kitchen to a very high standard at a competitive price. Steve and Rob ( unique kitchens) were fantastic from start to finish, a company they should be proud of.

Kitchen re-fitWe wanted to completely refit our kitchen. It’s a small space, about 11 ft by 8 ft, with two doorways, and a serving hatch to the adjacent dining room. Trying to fit in a sink, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, and microwave plus plenty of storage was a challenge. We invited a few companies to come up with designs and quotes. Steve, from Unique Kitchens and Bathrooms, was respectful, easy to deal with, and imaginative. He explained clearly the technical things which affected our choices, and was well-informed about currently available products. Over the course of a few weeks he worked on the design, listening to what we wanted to achieve and producing excellent graphics to illustrate the options. He planned out the work and gave us a clear programme so we knew what would happen and when. Throughout the project we were kept informed, and consulted whenever necessary. As always with work like this options arise and Steve’s team were unfailingly courteous, considerate, and professional. The various stages worked according to plan, each trade following on smoothly from the previous one. The end result is fantastic. It’s better than we’d thought it would be. UKB have produced excellent results, and great value for money. I expect you could get a cheaper kitchen, but I don’t think you’d get better value for money, nor a better company to work with you on your design, delivering what was agreed, within the quote, and on time. We have no hesitation in recommending UKB to anyone planning a new kitchen. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely love my kitchen, somehow it has doubled in size. Steve explained everything, there was no pressure to have anything I didn’t need. The workmen arrived on time and everywhere was left clean and tidy once they had finished. Highly recommend this company.

Rarely today do you find a company that takes all the stress out of home improvements.
