Terrible customer service witnessed today. I needed a new boiler and my plumber called up this morning to get a price with intention to buy. The receptionist was extremely short, interrupted him to ask if he had an account- then as he attempted to ask his question she cut him off to say ‘we are trade only’. He assured her he uses you guys a lot- she said ‘OK someone will call you back’ definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. obviously she wasn’t interested in helping us so we called wolseley and got a polite quote and a £1500 boiler.
