Says it opens at 8am. But it seems as if timekeeping us an issue. I'm calling at 8.04am and get a voicemail t h at its closed. Bad when people are anxious

I lost my son a few weeks ago and I was liaising with Lindsay who explained what would happen. She was compassionate and caring and I was so grateful for that. I needed to ask a question today and she called me straight back with the information I needed. I cannot praise her dedication enough.
