Since a friend recommended Kinetic Therapies I haven't look back. James and Laurel are great, they are so friendly and make you feel very welcome.Lately I have been coming for some pain in my shoulders and neck, and after 2 sessions I feel so much better. I love that they explain how the muscle works and explain what they are doing.Plenty of parking and a very easy online booking system.Totally recommend them.

I have had many massages from James. Normally a deep tissue or sports massage as I have a sore hip and get at lot of tightness in my neck, back and legs. I always come away feeling much better as he gets deep into the muscle tissue. He also gives me exercises that suit me to do at home. I highly recommend James if you need a firm massage for any sore muscles.

Very happy customer! after injuring my back, I found kenetic therapies very helpful, they offerd me £35 for the first massage witch is very competitive considering most place charge 50+ per hour. And they where able to give me relief where most other places lacked. Very professional sports massage, consistent throughout. Would highly recommend!!

James is a highly skilled massage therapist. I have had several massages and will continue to attend regularly. It is so easy to book appointments online and the clinic is a lovely environment with parking right outside. I highly recommend James at Kinetic Therapies Massage.

James has been working with my daughter as she recovers from hip surgery. He is an excellent practitioner, very good at putting her at ease and he has helped to ease her pain, and loosen her muscles. It is very easy to make an appointment and change it if necessary. I highly recommend Kinetic Therspies.

Laurel was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my massage. The clinic was very clean, warm and in a quiet location. I had a 60 minute massage and it was incredible! It really helped to alleviate some long term discomfort in my back, I will be coming regularly.I would highly recommend to anyone with aches, pains or looking to de-stress.
