I thoroughly enjoy anji's style of teaching. I have attended her yoga classes and retreats and found them to be nurturing, informative and a supportive and safe environment.

I have been on two yoga retreats with Anji Rox Yoga, Glastonbury last year and the Lake District this year, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed.Angie’s approach to her retreats is perfect focusing on relaxation, meditation, time away from busy life and time to focus on yourself. The settings have been very special and flexible times to suit everyone.The Lake District retreat at the end of this summer was in a beautiful setting with a comfortable hotel, we even did open water swimming.I have known Angie for most of my life and as I had lost my Dad only a month before the retreat, I needed that time to myself. I felt supported and the sessions of Yoga Nidra helped me process my loss. Thank you Ang.

What an amazing 1:1 yoga session with AnjiRox. She's so knowledgable about yoga and has an eye for detail, correcting me gently, to protect my menopausal joints. She's also incorporated her Thai Massage skills and relaxation to make me feel restored. I would highly recommend!
