Gemma and Lauren are the best pole instructors, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere to learn and grow. The studio is clean, spacious, and welcoming, providing all the necessary equipment. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, and I've seen improvements in my strength and flexibility in just a few classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in aerial fitness disciplines. Thank you for providing such a positive experience and helping me create happy memories in such an inclusive environment.

Thoroughly recommend this place! It might surprise you to hear that of any sports or fitness activity I have undertaken, this place has the most wonderful atmosphere. Fully supportive across the studio and across people of different backgrounds, shapes, sizes snd abilities. Doesn't matter how much you manage to do each week in class, you always leave feeling positive! Amazing, patient, knowledgeable instructors. The great workout is an added bonus! If you want to build your strength and exercise in a fun, safe, positive place- Flight Fitness is the place!

We had the absolute best time with our instructor Lauren, we can't thank her enough for being so welcoming and fun. We had a real mix of people in our group, most of which had never met before but Laruen made us all feel at ease. She was very inclusive and positive, she celebrated our wins with us and laughed along with us. The cakes and drinks were a lovely touch for our birthday celebration. We had a blast! Highly reccomend.

I started coming to flight just after covid due to a bad experience with another local pole studio, I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. The instructors here do everything in their power to make all feel welcome, comfortable and safe. The studio is fun, lively and the vibes all round are genuine and caring! Lauren has done an amazing job at creating an environment for sensational learning, confidence building and for me personally a place where I have formed so many now close friends. For anyone feeling a lack of self confidence and needing a boost honestly look no further! I always leave the studio feeling like i'm on top of the world!I feel strong and confident in my own body, my skills have far exceeded any of my expectations and its all down to these lovely ladies boosting me up every week! If you're thinking about it, but aren't sure.... just do it!

5 stars doesn’t even come close! I started coming to Flight a year ago after a horrible experience at another studio. Flight is such a wonderful, safe, inclusive space where I am encouraged to discover what my body can do. Lauren and her team of instructors are so professional, kind and welcoming.

Tried pole here not expecting much from it and now I'm here multiple times a week! All the teachers I have had for the different classes I have tried are all so lovely and so inclusive to everyone's levels and abilities. I went from being too scared to get on the pole to being so much stronger and confident to try whatever new thing I am learning. The other students are all lovely too, they are all so friendly and supportive of each other. It's a lovely, welcoming space to have fun and build strength and confidence. If you're thinking about it, give it a go!

Had a private party yesterday with Lauren as our instructor. She was super friendly and professional adapting everything and encouraging our entire group with various body types and flexibility. A lot of us were very nervous but she made everyone feel so welcome! We tried the aerial silks, aerial hoop and pole. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session cannot recommend enough!
