Well done Grensons....great customer service. Just before Christmas I had a major problem with the secondhand car I bought from them about 18months previously. They treated me very fairly with a contribution to the repair even though I'd moved out of area so the extended warranty couldn't technically be used. Thanks again.

Since it’s gone to Acorn this place has become awful! When it was Grensons we always felt looked after and our car was in good hands! We’ve had our last 2 cars from here and a van! We will not be using them again!! Poor work poor customer service (some are ok)! We have absolutely no trust in them any more!!

Nadine is very helpful and keeps you regularly updated. Would have had 5 stars only car was two months late arriving. Not the dealers fault but as the manufacturers appointed representative someone has to carry the can

Booked online for a service and MOT. Charged exactly what they quoted. Car washed and vacuumed spotless and believe me it needed it. Excellent service. Just a bit of a strange place with the Covid regulations but hey......stay safe. Upgraded and edited to 5* because they replied and obviously customer satisfaction is important to them.

We got a new car back in 2016 but our needs have changed and so we now want to replace it. I can honesty say we have been so happy with the level of service that we have received from Grenson Citroen. Myself and wife and son called in today and just happened to see the original sales executive Matt Edgell who we dealt with back then. We were blown away that it’s been 2 years since we had last seen him and he remembered our names.How amazing is that? He was as helpful today as he was back when we had the first car 2 years ago.So we have decided to get our next car from him. So well done Grenson, keep up the good work.

Excellent service. Never again will I go to a cheap back street garage in the hope it will be cheaper. This garage will have my trade forever more, they didn't try to con me at all, in fact they turned down money for work I felt needed doing by telling me to save ny money as its not needed yet, thanks guys
